A downloadable soundtrack

Created a page to put all my songtember tracks! Will also do a description of each track when I upload them! You can see on youtube or in the page

For a little bit of a challenge I will try sometimes to use different DAWs (I usually use Ableton Live), trackers and music apps

Enjoy!

- Drivin' Funk - Created inspired by the groovy tracks of the Sega Mega Drive (Sega Genesis), started with the bass and went from there, I used the Yamaha YM2612 chip vst for a accurate sound.

- Summertime Jam - Created a patch in the Juno 106 vst and went from there, got a real nostalgic feel so I went basically with only retro instruments. So you have some Yamaha DX7, Roland Jupiter-8 and Juno, Korg M1 and Linndrums, it's really easy to do retro with these amazing sounds! Really happy with this track.

- Crystalize- Unfortunately didn't have much time with this one, about 40-50min to finish, so I pick up some of my patches and jammed, loved the result, remind me of my old FL Studio songs back in 2013-15, that game-ish ambient with a lot of funny chords. I think this is non-functional harmony but it wasn't intentional.

- Song of City - A song that will be used on a game i'm making with a friend for the Game Boy Jam, really dorky song that works on the hardware, made in Milky Tracker

- Familiar Song - I'm not in my studio so I had to improvise, got the FL Studio Mobile App and learned to make this simple song, it's kinda limited but it's really neat you can do this on mobile, with the available sounds I started to do a EDM track but it transformed in a early ps2 OST with some Baião, really fun track.

- Space Pluck -  Still not in my studio so this is my second try in the FL Mobile. Used some repetition styles where you repeat the melody in different bits of the harmony to create multiple interactions of a simple structure, really fun, pretty newgroundy this one.

- Song of Woods - I needed to write music for my GBJam game, so I take the opportunity, this is a song that play when you enter the woods in the game, I wanted a chord heavy song, I tried to play with the limitations and still do 7th and add2 chords.

- Play that honkin music -  It was time to use real instruments, so I did some guitar and bass to a really funky and fun song, really really happy that I mixed this well, because mixing this kinda of stuff is my weak point

- Inside the Cave - (Had to skip a day because I was mad sick, maybe I do 2 at once someday, that being said I'll keep the number order to not create confusion)

This one is obviously really David Wiseish, I got a chord progression and tought "that can go really well with that ambient DK style" so I just did it, pretty chill song

- We thrive - Really wanted to so something with heavy guitars but wasn't getting any idea so I made a generic hard rock with generic lyrics. Sounds cool tho. With the limited time the mixing, vocals and guitars are kinda sloppier than I would've wanted but i'm happy that I made something like this in the jam. Also yeah my accent is showing haha.

- Joy - Finally not sick! Also this song is sick! Really happy with the mix of the Lynn drums and some vintage synths, started improvising on Dire Straits but expanded on that.

- CDA - This is a rescue of ideias from 2014, but now these ideas made a lot more sense than it did back then. Really nostalgic for me, maybe because of the chords. Really overworld ost feel, ambient and repetitive

- Space Stuff - A prog metal sketch, really fun, maybe I'll make a fun song out of it. Really happy with the tones also

- Pandemonium- Didn't have much time to do this one but i'm overall pleased with the result, was trying to go to that Rhythm Game overwhelming song route and although if I had more time, could polish this and go full anime, I think I got a cool vibe with this.

- A Bit Heavy -  Started like Anamanaguchi but got a little bit heavier, still fun song to do, was going to record the guitars but i'm not warmed up so I programmed.

- Bittersweet- Song for a game i'm making for the gameboy, can't say much except it's bittersweet, like the title says!

- Arcade City - Little tune for a GB Game, tried to do the usual DDR song, using the japanese chord progression, really basic but fun song because it's always a challenge to do this chords on less tracks

- Weird Place - Quick little tune for a GB Game, using dissonance to express humor, had a lot of fun making this one

- Cafe Jazz - Song for my gameboy game, a cafe jazz theme, really proud of this one overall, loved the progression

- Quirky Shops  - Music for my Gameboy game, I loved the theme in this one, sadly I couldn't polish a little more, maybe I'll come back later to extend it

- Minimal Mood - Was playing with Dx7 and found this really cool progression, so I did go the minimalist route, really happy with the fake nostalgia in this one, will continue in the future
